Your antivirus program is blocking the client from loading graphics. You simply need to create an exception for "client.exe" in the folder called "Client Files."
Once you do this, your client will load normally.
Every time this issue has come up, its been the antivirus. Try reinstalling the BU Client and then checking to make sure the antivirus isn't messing with it/add needed exceptions before you start the client. It might be deleting .egf files or something, Norton is known for that.
